Delivery
We aim to despatch goods
within 24 hours of receipt of order.
UK deliveries via Royal Mail
are dispatched Monday – Friday, no post leaves St Martins on a Saturday or a
Sunday and sometimes public holidays and the weather can cause deliveries to
take a day or two longer.
Pre-order status products
will be dispatched as soon as available, any orders containing pre-order status
items will be dispatched when all items are available. (Any questions just
contact us via email)
Our standard service is by
Royal Mail Second Class post or at our discretion, by courier. High value items are sent by Recorded
Delivery and your signature will be required upon receipt.
Delivery only extends to the
UK. For deliveries outside the UK, we will notify you of the additional cost by
email and will be shipped “Delivery Duty Unpaid”.
Courier delivery overseas
requires the addressee's telephone number, so please ensure you enter this at
the checkout.
Orders from outside the UK
If the value of an order is
above a certain amount - determined by the destination country - goods will be
liable for import duty. It is the
customer's responsibility to pay any such duty and all orders will be shipped
‘Delivery Duty Unpaid’ to non UK destinations.
The terms below offer extra
rights in addition to your statutory rights which remain unaffected.
If the goods you have chosen
(other than food stuffs) do not meet your approval we will be happy to make a
refund or exchange. You will need to notify us within 30 days and return the
goods at your expense by Recorded Delivery within 14 days from your notice.
Once we have received the
goods, as long as they are not damaged and in their original packaging in
perfect condition, a refund will be made to the card used when ordering, less a
handling fee of £3.50 and the cost of any postage incurred for the transaction.
This does not affect your
statutory rights as a consumer.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept items for a refund if they have been
damaged after delivery although free replacements may be sent according to the
circumstances in which the damage occurred, and entirely at our discretion.
We will, at our own cost,
replace goods that are defective on delivery providing we are notified within 7
days of actual delivery or attempted delivery.
You should contact us first
by email or phone to arrange the return of a product.
Please remember: Any goods
you wish to return due to unsuitability must be in their original packaging,
unused and undamaged. If you return the goods you should insure them against carrier damage. You are responsible for the safe keeping of
goods until they are received by us.
Tax and Duties
The addressee will be liable for excise fees and/or
customs duty at the border of the destination country. *
It is the purchaser’s responsibility to check this before
ordering.
SC Dogs Distillery shall not be liable for any of these
fees and will not issue refunds on purchases not delivered due to
non-payment of customs fees.
