Policy applies as between you, the User of this Web Site and the owner and
provider of this Web Site.
This Policy applies to our use of any and all Data collected by us in relation

2.10 a list of URLS starting with a referring site, your activity on this Web
Site, and the site you exit to (automatically collected); and
2.11 Cookie information (see clause 10 below).

Our Use of Data
3.12 Any personal Data you
submit will be retained for as long as you use the Services and Systems
provided on the Web Site. Data that you may submit through any communications
System that we may provide may be retained for a longer period of up to Twelve
Months.
3.13 Unless we are obliged or permitted by law to do so, and subject to Clause
4, your Data will not be disclosed to third parties. This includes our
affiliates and / or other companies within our group.
3.14 All personal Data is stored securely in accordance with the principles of

3.15 Any or all of the above Data may be required by us from time to time in
order to provide you with the best possible service and experience when using
our Web Site. Specifically, Data may be used by us for the following reasons:
3.15.1 internal record keeping;
3.15.2 improvement of our products / services;
3.15.3 transmission by email of promotional materials that may be of interest
to you;
3.15.4 contact for market research purposes which may be done using email,
telephone, fax or mail. Such information may be used to customise or update the
Web Site.

The website owners may, from
time to time, employ the services of other parties for dealing with matters
that may include, but are not limited to, payment handling, delivery of
purchased items, search engine facilities, advertising and marketing. The

Users of this Web Site. Any Data used by such parties is used only to the
extent required by them to perform the services that are requested. Any use for
other purposes is strictly prohibited. Furthermore, any Data that is processed
by third parties must be processed within the terms of this Policy and in accordance
with the Data Protection Act 1998.

5.16 The company may, from time
to time, expand or reduce its business and this may involve the sale of certain
divisions or the transfer of control of certain divisions to other parties.
Data provided by Users will, where it is relevant to any division so
transferred, be transferred along with that division and the new owner or newly
controlling party will, under the terms of this Policy, be permitted to use the
Data for the purposes for which it was supplied by you.
5.17 In the event that any Data submitted by Users will be transferred in such
a manner, you will be contacted in advance and informed of the changes. When
contacted you will be given the choice to have your Data deleted or withheld
from the new owner or controller.

Data if your circumstances change. Additional Data as to your marketing

8.22 You have the right to ask for a copy of your personal Data on payment of a
small fee.

importance and to protect your Data we have put in place suitable physical,
electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure Data collected
online.

No credit card information is held on this website.
12. Age
restrictions:
12.1 In the UK it is
illegal for:

person under the age of 18 to buy (or to attempt to buy) alcohol for themselves
or for any other person under the age of 18; and
·an
adult to buy (or to attempt to buy) alcohol for any person under the age of 18.
12.2 You may only purchase
an alcoholic Product from us if you are:
·at least 18 years old;
·not
buying that product for any person or persons under the age of 18; and of legal
age to purchase alcohol both in the country where you place the order and the
destination country.
12.3 You must check with
the local authorities in the country where you place the order and the
destination country to ensure that you will not be breaking any law or
regulation by ordering alcohol from us. By placing an order to purchase a
Product, you promise to us that it is lawful for you to order the relevant
Product in the country where you place the order and for the recipient to
receive the relevant Product in the destination country. If you breach this
promise we may end the Contract and charge you reasonable compensation for the
net costs which we incur. We may deduct the compensation payment from the bank
account which you used to pay for the Product. We may make that deduction from
that bank account in more than one payment.
13. Changes
to this Policy
The company reserve the right to
change this Privacy Policy as we may deem necessary from time to time or as may
be required by law. Any changes will be
immediately posted on the Web Site and you are deemed to have accepted the
terms of the Policy on your first use of the Web Site following the
alterations.
Special
Orders
Some
high value items may need to be ordered from the manufacturer (stock status of
these items is shown as "To Order" or "Awaiting Stock".
Cancellation following a confirmed order will incur a 10% handing charge.
Payments
and Security
What
payment methods do you accept?
You
can pay by credit or debit card using Mastercard, Visa, Visa Debit (previously
known as Visa Delta) and Visa Electron cards.
There
are no additional charges for different card types.
If
you have a PayPal account you can also make payments via instant bank transfer
from a registered bank account.

you are a company making a bulk order and wish to be sent an invoice for a

Do
I have to register my details or open an account to place an order?
No,
you do not need to register with us to make a purchase.
Online
payments are taken through PayPal or Stripe
If
you are already registered with PayPal then you can pay using your existing
account.
How
can I be certain my payment details are safe?
PayPal and
Stripe handle billions of pounds worth of transactions internationally
every year and are at the forefront of security and fraud prevention
measures. Your card details are only ever handled by PayPal or
Stripe and are never seen or stored by us.

How
does the payment process work?
We
will ask for an online payment to be made at the time you place your
order. PayPal or Stripe payment gateway is used to make
your payment and to enter your address and card details to complete your
purchase.
All
of your card details are securely handled by the PayPal or
Stripe gateway. Your payment is forwarded to our bank account and your
delivery address and order details are passed onto us. We will not
pass on your contact information to any third parties.
If
for any reason we need to make a refund, the money will be being transferred
straight back onto your payment card.
